I would recommend this attorney office to anyone who injured specially when you are not at fault in the accident! I want to thank Anderson Hemmat for all they have done for me and a special thank to Jason Alleman who worked on my case and informed me about everything during my case. He did an incredible job. I am so happy that I chose Anderson Hemmat for my case.

I don’t know yet if this firm will be my choice to represent me, but what I can definitely say is that this firm was knowledgeable, responsive and actually interested in learning the details of my case. Chad took my case when other law firms (the ones that advertise on TV every 5 minutes) stopped returning my calls once they learned that my injuries were caused by a bicyclist traveling over 35 mph on a trail. I spent 5 days in the hospital because of my injuries. Mr. Hammett came to me, offered me his services, and without hesitating took my case. I found the law office of Anderson&Hemmat on a search around the spring of 21. The search had some great reviews and also none of the daytime T.V adds that are so annoying. The first attorney I hired could not even remember my name when I would call them. I called Chad Hemmat on a weekend and left a brief message expecting a call during the week. Chad reached out to me on a Sunday and after a 30 minute call explaining my situation I knew then and there this was the right avenue to explore. I met with Chad the next week and it has been the best. Chad is not only very professional and honest he has a quality that he does care about a individuals needs and care. After a no fault of mine accident and with a long prosses of five surgery's to the back and spine with nerve damage Chad and his team have been with me all the way. His team, with a emphasis on Beth, have been my rock in getting through this. They went way beyond my expectations and reach out to me after every surgery I have been through. This is truly a first class number one team that you will want on your side. My medical care is not finished yet and a settlement has not been reached but I know Chad and his team will fight for my rights. Chad is quick, passionate, and refreshingly transparent for an attorney. For personal reasons, I didn't pursue my skydiving case. Though our time was short, I appreciate his honesty and grace during an already difficult time for me. If another case presents itself, I will go to Anderson Hemmat. Thanks to the whole team.
