I recently engaged in business with this firm and am very happy with services. We all live very busy life’s and although there were a few times where I felt I did not get a response as fast as I felt I should have, I did get an explanation with an apology for the delay. This acknowledgement cofirmed honesty and loyalty to me as a customer. I would definitely recommend this firm and use there services in the future.

My wife, CNA, recently had a meritless, but serious complaint filed with DORA against her by the assisted living facility where she was employed. Robert Lees and his team prepared a thorough formal response and represented her directly with DORA through their review and investigation. DORA dismissed the complaint entirely and very quickly. It might not have been such a good outcome without Rob's help. There's no way we could have this on our own. Rob worked with us through the process and was fair with his fees. Both my wife and daughter are in the nursing profession--hopefully we wont need this kind of help again, but if we do we will go to Rob.
