Probate attorney with an emphasis on elder law...

Jennifer Gormley and her professional team have been advising our family for many years. The personal care and concern during difficult family estate planning, elder care and litigation in these areas is key to navigating the family/elder law legal system. The respect this law firm has garnered over the years became so apparent in our journey.

I can not say enough good things about Jennifer Gormley and her staff of paralegals. Without Jennifer's expert suggestions and experience, I could have possibly fallen into the 70% group of 1st applicants who are denied Social Security Disability benefits. In Colorado, that could mean up to an addditional 2 years of waiting until you can get your case in front of a judge! Jennifer and her staff took the time to respond to my questions and encouraged me when I needed to get recharged. They knew how best to organize and present my health data to communicate effectively to everyone involved my personal health story. I now have finacial security. Has no authority to proceed without a contract from attorney in fact. Used forged instruments in a court of no record. malpractice in human trafficking. Refuses to reply. Human rights violator.

Jennifer S. Gormley waited until the day before a very critical hearing to notify me of her decision to terminate her representation of my elderly mother, who has Alzheimer's. In addition, she fabricated outrageous claims as to why and how she came to that decision. I find her and her "team" to be lacking in integrity and professionalism.
