I worked with Dan for over a year and a half, preparing to bring a case to trial. There are SO MANY things I liked about his approach. Here is one. From day one, Dan never told me "It's a slam dunk" or "it's in the bag". He always told me it was two things- preparation, and the jury. And only one of those we can control. His preparation was obvious, and he blew away the defense! If you have a need, don't even think about looking elsewhere!

My husband was severely hurt in a work place accident after 18 day hospital stay Dan Caplis personally came to our home to discuss taking his case. He and his law firm fought for over 3 years to settle his case. During that time he was declared 100% disabled never to work again. During those 3 years plus we never had a problem getting ahold of him or one of the other 3 lawyers that were assigned to his case.
