Update- received a follow-up phone call after my review from one of their top litigators offering me a quick 15-minute consultation. While my review stands about the front desk experience I can't speak to the quality of their lawyers but seems promising if you can afford it. +2 ⭐ Don't be fooled, choose anybody else. Took me all of two minutes of talking to the front desk lady to know this is a bloodthirsty law firm. She tried to set me up with a $350 consultation instead of answering one simple question.

Hired the law firm in May of 2022 had great communication in June then the lawyer that was assigned moved to a different law firm doing something different. They assigned my case to someone else he called me twice in July to learn my case and then informed me we had gotten an offer…. I asked to get that offer he said to wait because of the other items we were fighting for so we did. August came nothing, September came and again no word, October came I called to find out what was happening I was informed that now someone else was handling our case and that she would give me a call the very next day as they had emailed the responsible party and that they would give them 24hrs to respond but I never heard from her. Asked her to settle the offer (Hannah) said to wait for the response on the rest. I called again that month and was told I would get a call back well November, December, and now January have come and basically gone I called 3timed this month alone and I’ve called many times with them continuing to say that she would call me back even asked to have a manager or supervisor to call me or simply inform me if they are not wanting to continue handling my case but still NO response or call back!!!! This has been my frustration/experience with Baker Law Group

Robert is awesome and understanding. In less then a day, I felt safe and in good hands. He talked to me then at me and made me feel human again. Robert had little words but major actions. I say if you ever need legal action Baker Law Group is your answer. Specially Robert.
