Can confirm, rude and only willing to work with you if she can smell a settlement. She will NOT go to trial, and clearly just looking to turn a quick dollar instead of actually help anyone.
Typical lawyer.

Cynthia helped me out so much. I had an unemployment case and she looked through all the details (thousands of pages) and spent endless hours on the phone with them and got to the bottom of it. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. I would highly recommend her. I appreciate all the help she gave me.

Cynthia was incredibly kind and helpful, even though she couldn't personally help me with my situation with an out of state employer. She was very thorough and helped educate me on my options and gave me excellent suggestions for next steps. I will absolutely use her for any future legal needs I have.

Cynthia was professional, listened intently and gave fair/balanced advice. She came highly recommended from another reputable attorney and I am glad we made contact. And she picked up the phone when I called! Really great experience.

The moment I first spoke with Cynthia I knew I was in good hands! I was asked by CDLE to repay thousands of dollars of my unemployment funds that I had received and lived on during my pandemic furlough. Cynthia brilliantly deciphered the unemployment insurance gobbledygook that was a foreign language to me, and she quickly found their errors! I can once again sleep nights, thank you!
On a personal note I found Cynthia to be warm and very caring, I look forward to meeting her in person one day.

Cynthia E. Wellbrock, Esq., is a consummate professional employment law attorney. Having witnessed her services from both an employee and employer standpoint, she: a) is solution-oriented; b) is objective in serving the best interests of her client; c) applies ethical legal tactics and methods; d) fixes on the crux of the matter to avoid potentially costly tertiary discussions/material; e) relates in an understanding, skillful, direct and no-nonsense manner; and f) deeply understands her craft.
From and employee perspective, Cynthia was quick to discern the most efficient way forward in working through a difficult post-employment issue involving a family member and his previous employer. Her advice kept matters focused on the tangibles of the equation and avoided a more costly and potentially inflaming situation.
From an employer viewpoint, while I was working as a representative for a small business employer working to advance Human Resource practices toward becoming a large business, Cynthia was instrumental in providing consultative, structural, and written guidance toward a comprehensive and legally sound enhanced Employee Handbook. She also was essential in creating a mentality and readiness for business status change. Her legal consultation and intervention involving an alleged wrongful termination matter protected the employer from invalid claims. The allegations were no longer pursued due to evidentiary information, thus unnecessary litigation was avoided
