Cyndi handled my very difficult divorce brilliantly. My ex husband did not hire an attorney and went out of his way to fight about everything, regardless of how senseless it was. from day one he refused to cooperate and lied his way through the entire process. Cyndi kept her cool and managed him as well as could have been expected from anyone. She was able to minimize the amount of time we had to go to court to fight over every little detail and found a good balance between appeasing him when necessary and coming out aggressively when the time was right. She also did her best to minimize my costs despite his making us fight for everything. In the end the case was finished with everything exactly the way I hoped. Cyndi was able to prove he was actively hiding his income and find his hidden assets and get court orders against them to compensate me for 8 months of unpaid temporary child support. We won a direct wage garnishment for future child support and were even granted partial attorney's fees due to his not cooperating. I know in my heart he will continue to make me fight for everything that was ordered but know exactly who to go to to help me deal with it when it happens. I would highly recommend Cyndi's services. She knows her stuff, is sensitive to her client's needs and truly shows she cares, every step of the way.

Cyndi assisted my husband and I in obtaining custody of our two young grandchildren. Their mother fought the entire process but in the end we won and know that our grandchildren are now safe and will be well cared for. Cyndi was wonderful to work with from the very beginning and really helped us feel at ease through our whole case. I would go to her again for any legal matter I needed help with.

I hired Cindy to assist me in negotiating and rewriting my parenting plan with my ex-husband was was very pleased with what she did for me. She was able to effecively communicate with him in areas where I am not and as a result, we were able to avoid haivng to file expensive motions and argue in court. She is very personable and gets the job done without unnecessary costs or expenses for her client. I will use her again if anything comes up in the future.
