Muy lento todo el proceso

Edit: After requesting leadership reach out to us yesterday after the second phone call at 9:45am, nobody reached out. At 6:45pm I called and spoke with the receptionist to cancel our appointment and requested that nobody contacts us further after our experience. This morning at 9am the office is calling us wondering where we were and if we were coming (still no online meeting link sent to us for my wife overseas). There is very clearly lack of communication, organization and gaps throughout this team's process that left an incredibly bad first impressions on us. Called to follow up on a videocall link for our consultation that was never sent to us. Couldn't even understand a word the receptionist was saying due to terrible mumbling and inability to speak clearly. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes. When I called back, again with another mumbling hard to understand receptionist. I literally had to ask, "is this Barringer Law Firm" and I receive a "yeah". We are well aware of the process we need to go through for my wife's immigration to the USA, and in reality, we are paying YOU the law firm to interview YOU to see if YOU are the right fit for US. Yet the link that was supposed to be sent has not been, horrible communication and professionalism and sitting on hold for over 15 min of my day. Please explain to me why on earth we would spend money to interview YOUR team when this has been our experience.
