I recently had the pleasure of working with Kurt Leyendecker, an incredible trademark attorney, and I can't say enough great things about him! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, fast, and efficient - and I attribute much of this to the amazing help and guidance I received from my attorney. First off, he was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of trademark law, and he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns in a succinct and helpful manner. He gave me great advice on how to best proceed with my filing, and I felt like I was in very good hands throughout the entire process. He was also extremely responsive and quick to communicate, always getting back to me in a timely manner. I never felt like I was waiting around or unsure of where my case stood - he was always on top of things, and I felt incredibly well taken care of. Zero stars if I could, extremely unhelpful. Couldn't get them on the phone, called several days during operating hours. Got 1 email back for every 3 I sent them, each email I did receive did not answer ANY questions that I asked them and were extremely short. Do NOT recommend.
