Laurie has shown herself to be an amazing, dedicated lawer for me during my divorce. She has helped me through a very complicated personal situation which involved domestic violence, protection orders, custody and alcohol addiction. She is very professional, returns emails and phone calls very promptly. She follows through on all that she promises. Her communication style is direct and factual, which is much appreciated. I would recommend her to anyone who asks.

I have known Laurie for almost 5 years. During this time she has always exemplified professionalism and breadth of knowledge. When a situation arose with an endangerment issue with my sons, she moved swiftly and decisively to first ensure their immediate safety and also making it so that situation would not arise again. I every instance that I have had with Laurie, she has always shown an extra effort and personal touch. She sees me as a person and not just another case

She listened carefully to the details of my case and was always punctual to appointments and phone conferences. At trial she was thorough in researching the law surrounding my case and her courtroom presence was confident and effective. She was creative in bringing in an expert who could show the court the financial details that supported my position. My case is still pending but I cannot be more pleased and cannot think of a single point Ms. Hurst failed to present on my behalf.

In my experience working with Laurie I found her to be very professional and knowledgeable. When i had questions about my case she was quick to respond. She was firm but compassionate with her advice. She was not intimidated by the opposing council. I have recommended her in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Laurie was very profesional in handling my case, she made me feel comfortable with what was hapening. I had no worries what so ever. I would use her again if I had to. Laurie filled an extension on my case due to the other lawyer not doing his job. She stood up for me on my behalf when she could have let the other lawyer control and dictate how the case would move forward.

Laurie and her team do a great job! During my divorce she helped fight for me and my child and both of our wellbeing. As far as divorces go I could not think of how a legal professional could have done any better. Thank You!
