I had a consultation with Kiron to ask some questions about disclosing a disability at my place of employment. He was very helpful in walking me through my rights and advising me on the best ways to disclose this disability to my employer and ask for an accommodation. I especially appreciated his patience in answering my questions and the way he approached my situation with empathy. He communicated the law to me in a clear and understandable way and made me feel much better prepared to have a conversation with my company.

Kiron was able to review my NCA and compare it with existing Colorado law pertaining to the applicability, enforceability, and risk -- most importantly whether or not would be thrown out in a court of law if it came to that.

I feel like time was spent more on reiterating what I had already filled in on the forms previous to the consultation rather than setting me up for the hearing. I feel as though Mr. Kothari was rushing and didn't really care and just wanted to get me off the phone. What a waist of money I didn't have in the first place.

I had the beneficial opportunity to consult with one of Livelihood’s top lawyers regarding the unfair denial of my unemployment benefits. I had submitted an appeal and realized a week before the hearing that I had better get legal advice. I chose Livelihood Law, LLC since a primary focus of theirs is employment issues for the working class. It so happened that Kiron was assigned to my case. Throughout the consultation he was thorough and forthright with his assessment of my case. His preparation included dividing my information into three separate potential pursuits. Although two were ruled out, he took valuable time with me in addressing all concerns and clarifying information.
