After a friend from high school referred me to Larry, it was a huge blessing that I couldn’t be more thankful for!! I’ve looked so many places for help but couldn’t afford the 3,000-5,000$ retainer to get the processes going. Fortunately Larry does monthly payments and that was all the opportunity I needed to get the job done! Without him I’d still be in my ex’s palm, and nightmare. Thanks again Larry for all your help!!

Larry really helped me figure the best route when new custody and parental plans were in need and quickly. Walked me through the whole process and helped make it all happen with ease. His helpful demeanor and useful knowledge shows he really cares. Hes not the type of attorney to manipulate you into dragging things out to earn a bigger check. I highly recommend him to any parent in need of getting results in best interest of you and your child!

Larry was very attentive from start to finish. He was always quick to respond to my emails. My case was frustrating not only for me but also for him because of the other party and he stayed strong and did not fall into the trap. My number one compliment is during our trial things were going badly for the other party and it was becoming obvious that we should have never gotten to this point. Larry caught on to this very quickly and decided to ask the judge to make the other party pay his legal fees. Larry didn't need to do that but because of his quick thinking and genuine concern for me he saw that it was necessary and that it would work in my case. I would and have recommend Larry as a lawyer.

Larry was a great lawyer, he came into my case, that had multiple outstanding and new issues, and was able to understand the complex dynamics and address all the legal angles. Where my understanding was vague, he was able to explain the law in clear terms. He even showed up, sick as could be, to make sure that our hearing with a clerk didn't get postponed. Him being there ensured that our case didn't get delayed or dismissed and was greatly appreciated, as it went above and beyond the call of duty. When appearing in court, he clearly identified the issues, asked the questions and was able to elicit the answers the judge needed to hear. His courtroom demeanor was always respectful and the judge seemed to listen and hear what he was trying to get across. Larry's performance and skill made the other side offer to settle out-of-court. While no settlements are 100% perfect because of the compromises that parties must make, Larry listened to all our concerns and supported our choices, even when they were difficult to make. Ultimately, his support and willingness to wait it out with us garned us the best settlement possible and nobody could have done any better. We learned a lot from Larry and appreciate his help on our difficult case and would recommend him to anyone who has a difficult family-law case.

Since 2013 Larry Zehfuss has represented me in my divorce and custody situation. I faced a very complex situation and had to go up against my high conflict ex wife and her very aggressive attorney. Larry keeps things simple and his communication is to the point. He produces where it counts, in the court room. In the last week, Larry went up against my ex wife's prominent attorney in a hearing in Jefferson County. He completely dominated in the court room with the right questions and authoritative posture. Against all odds, the outcome for my parenting plan modification was a complete success! He has a great deal of experience and seems to be respected by Judge's. Larry is caring and genuine with his clients. He is also very reasonable in price and is flexible in payment plans. Lawrence is an amazing attorney, he entered my custody case in the middle and took no time at all to get up to speed and start working with the other parties lawyer to resolve these issues. Not only did he give a comforting feeling and make it known that he knows what he is doing but he made it easy to talk to him. Thanks to him and all his hard work I was able to regain my parenting time and go back to joint custody with my kids.

Larry is an amazing attorney. He helped me with a custody case that looked bleak for me. He became involved in my case quit a ways into it and was able to get up to speed quickly. Mr. Zehfuss has been my attorney since 2004. The things that I like about him as a person and an attorney are why I retain his services and would not wish to have any other attorney. He has: 1. Patience 2. understanding 3. trustworthiness 4. always updated legal knowledge 5. court's trust 6. integrity 7. emotional intelligence Larry is the attorney that isn't out for blood and let me tell you why that is actually good for you- because the Court trusts him. He knows his law and they know that he is the attorney that is telling the truth and doing what is fair. Larry has always let me make payments and worked with me on the payments. As long as you honor your agreement, he will continue to allow those types of arrangements. I work in the Judicial branch, and in my opinion, Larry should go for family magistrate or judge as he would make an excellent, fair and impartial judge. The only improvement I would say Larry needs to make is his timiless in responses - as we clients, in these highly emotional times :) - can be impatient and worried :)
