Marlana Caruso is amazing you are lucky to have her in your corner I know I was!

Marlana from the beginning was straight forward with what I could expect from what I was asking of her. She gave me what was mostly likely to happen with my case and what could possibly happen if I did or did not do what she needed me to do. Marlana continued to work with me and keep me heading in the right direction to get me the best possible outcome in my case. She never wavered even though I was up and down and all over the place. Her experience and knowledge continued to show throughout the entire process. This was unfortunately my 3rd custody case in my life. I say that only to say I have had many layers to represent me. Now I have found the only layer that will ever represent me again. Take it from my experience and if you get a chance for Marlana to represent you then you do it! She helped me to get 50/50 custody of my 7-month-old Daughter who I wasn't able to see due to her mom wanting control over the situation. I did not think this was possible and definitely not easily obtainable for a father in my experience. However, this is what I asked of Marlana!!! Through the whole processed I followed everything she said while giving her more grief than she needed. I am glad she was so straight forward and keeping me in line because as we walked out of court, she did the impossible!!! I listened to the judge side in favor of the FATHER in every single decision he had to decide on!!!! I now got to see my Daughter just as much as her mother! The mother still continues to try and control situations and find stuff against me and now all I do is send it to Marlana and she puts a stop to it with a well worded email. This is why she is my Layer and will continue to be my layer as long as I or anybody I know needs a Layer for this situation. I can be confident that I have somebody who knows what she is doing as I continue to move through life. That right there is worth everything.

Although my divorce case was finalized almost two years ago, there was still one outstanding matter of contention that required attention. Marlana jumped in after two of my previous attorneys left the firm and finished the necessary work. Marlana is extremely knowledgeable, articulate and responsive. By the time my case landed on her desk it was a nightmare and from there the courts just made it worse by making mistakes. Marlana was "johnny on the spot" the entire process, if I had questions, she answered immediately. All the areas of family law that applied to my case she knew inside and out, to the point that the judge was asking her questions about procedures. Marlana worked hard to manage the cost to me and to still give me the representation I needed. Her writings and filings were on point and extremely well written. I hired Marlana in August of 2019. My case was by far very complicated. Marlana from the beginning was very supportive and told me exactly what needed to take place. She went above and beyond to make sure the current and future custody arrangement was in the best interest of the children. I would recommend her for any custody matter especially if you need an attorney that is very knowledgable and won't fold under pressure.

I hired someone that worked for Marlana at Robinson and Henry. When that person left the firm, I was relegated to Marlana Caruso (Anderson). From that point forward, my simple child support modification case spiraled downward in a display of ineptitude and lack of what appeared to me as a work ethic. It's not clear to me why multiple attorneys have departed the family law division of Robinson & Henry, but the one constant has been Marlana.

She puts on the professional act up front and says all the right things to gain your trust. Inevitably, she pushes the client to drive the case and provide the knowledge all while billing full-rate. If I already knew what documents to provide or create, I would be making the professional bucks and driving my own case! Provided no angles of attack for case. Made promises of formulating more agreeable parenting plans just to ask later where I'm at with that and sends me a bill for it! I left.
