The communication between the team was great. Process were communicated well so i always knew what was going on. My lawyer was unable to make it to a status conference and sent someone else in her place. The individual was knowledgeable of my case and was able to provide the support needed. Fuethermore, Alex was well prepared and made sure I was a well. She tried to provide other solutions to make things easier and more cost effective for me.

He told us the next steps and what we are in for. **7/22/22 Update - Not going to lie we had a pretty terrible experience through most of our time dealing with R&H. Our last straw, finally got us to in contact with their operations manager (Dan). He was excellent! He listened to our concerns and showed remorse for the miscommunications that we experienced. In the end we came to a fair agreement and my case was closed. Its hard to say that I recommend this firm, but they did make it right and when we weren't having issues, everyone was very nice to us and easy to get a hold of.
