Lucas Frei is an extremely knowledgable, friendly, caring, and intelligent attorney that helped me understand my situation better than anyone else. I strongly recommend seeking counsel from him if you have a personal or business related matter that requires legal advice. He saved me from making a huge mistake with a simple phone call.

I met with Marlana for a free consultation and she was able to answer all of my questions efficiently and with the utmost professionalism. I could tell that she is very well versed in her field and did not leave any questions unanswered. I am grateful to feel safe and supported in my case!
Update: Marlana walked me through every step of the process and made me feel safe when I thought I was going crazy. We were able to settle out of court for everything I had asked for. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I had a probate question and was given the option of a telephone consult, which was very helpful, convenient and appreciated! I was told how to handle my 'problem' by a kind, courteous, knowledgeable attorney.
The call only took 10 minutes and there was no pressure to use this law firm, but the offer was extended should I need help in the future.
Thank you to Robinson & Henry for this kind, FREE service to our community!

Our family purchased a company and later found out that multiple critical accounting entries were either incorrect or falsified. The seller then stone walled our attempts to talk through these discovered large accounting issues and refused to talk. The firm Thomas P Howard answered my Saturday request for consultation email within hours.
After the initial free consultation I hired the firm and quickly had Will assigned to my case due to the contract law aspects. The seller kept trying to stonewall the initial filings, but the legal deadlines would very slowly creep up and force answers and eventually resulted in a balanced settlement. Yes, legal fees may seem daunting due to the high hourly rate, but Will always billed the hours correctly. I believe that they bill in 6 min increments. So if we had a very short update call, I would only see 0.10 hours on my bill for those 6 mins. Don't get me wrong, the fees still add up, but at least you know it is fair and at least you know that you are getting quality service.
At many points in the litigation Will and I would review the path forward. He would clearly explain risk, costs, and likely results. Will would suggest the path forward he felt was best, many times that was a quicker settlement which would have meant less legal fess but he felt that it was right. They allowed me to perform much of the background research and data finding for my case, but had others that could have performed these tasks. They always had suggested path forward plans, but if I wished to push certain issues, they would progress my path forward.
If your reading this review you probably at least need a consultation. Legal issues suck and I would try to work it out on your own. But if a lawyer is needed, you will want Bill Groh or someone of his caliber on your side.
