No one wants to be involved in a vehicular collision. The adrenaline, heartache, medical attention, and despair that follows is enough to bring you down for years. I was involved in a “T-Bone” style collision where I was unfortunately rushed to the hospital for preventative medical care. After I was diagnosed and sent home my thoughts immediately came to “Well, what’s next?” I decided to do my research on Personal Injury Attorneys within the Metro. Naturally I remembered the big names that you’ve seen on TV and remembered how I like to support Small Businesses and adjusted my searches as such. I came across Cook, Bradford & Levey and found several educational videos on their website that taught me more than I ever could have imagined on the Ins-and-Outs of Insurance Litigation in cases such as mine. The time and care put into these videos, in addition to the numerous prior accolades advertised on their website made them my first call. I am definitely glad I called them first! Brian and his team took the time to explain to me my rights and lay out of a prospective timeline on how they believed the case would play out, and they were right on the money. During the whole process I felt I was kept informed at every step of the way and even handled all the billing associated with my medical care and they even ran interference between me and the other party’s insurance company. The most difficult part was waiting for insurance to work itself out. Brian’s Team took care of all the paperwork, drafting of letters, hours of phone calls with the insurance company and ultimately delivered a settlement that was above and beyond what I had expected. Initially they laid out of a timeline for communication and resolution to which we were able to adhere to. During the process I felt that they had my best interests at heart and their cut of the claim was definitely eared. In the past, I had negotiated with Insurance on my own and received settlements that, at the time, I felt were fair. When the final settlement numbers came in I literally dropped my phone in shock! They were far beyond anything I could have imagined. I cannot recommend Brian and his team enough. I realized that I was just a small cog in the “Big Insurance” machine and his team provided the tools and experience to leverage myself into a bigger settlement without forgetting that I am a Human too. Given the amount of Road Rage and stupid daily decisions on the highways these days I feel like I found an outfit that took the time to get to know me and tailor craft a response that was fair, just, and beyond my wildest hopes. If I ever get hit again, Brian and his team will be my first call.
