I cannot say enough about how fantastic this firm is! After a motor vehicle accident in 2016 left me with a severe neck injury, I began searching for legal representation when I started to see my medical bills piling up. What I was surprised to learn is that very few law firms were interested in cases involving someone with a very challenging pre-existing condition. Having had 8 neck and shoulder surgeries prior to my accident, my case fell quite heavily into the pre-existing category. The person that hit me was also grossly underinsured, making my case seem even LESS desirable to attorneys. After many rejection letters from other firms, I was fortunate enough to get a referral to Brian Bradford, of Cook, Bradford & Levy. From the very first call, Brian was supportive, kind and took as much time as I needed to answer my questions and explain my options for moving forward. Never once did he make me feel that my case was too complicated or less desirable because the at-fault driver was underinsured. Brian supported me through 2 additional surgeries on my head and neck and several years of rehabilitation after. Once my treatment was transitioned to maintenance care, we were able to move to the settlement phase. Brian was able to get the maximum amount of money from my underinsured/uninsured motorist coverage, was able to negotiate my bills down with my insurance company and still leave funds for me to use on future medical bills! I know this was an incredibly challenging case with my extensive history, and I cannot imagine how many hours Brian had to put into my case to come out with the best case scenario. Over the course of the 4 years we worked together, not once did I feel overwhelmed with paperwork, insurance claims or phone calls. Brian always encouraged me to focus only on my recovery, and give all the tedious paperwork and calls to him. Having someone like Brian to help you through this difficult time is essential! I would highly recommend him to anyone going through a similar situation. This is an incredibly unique firm that truly cares about each and every client.

Brian Bradford and his team are excellent; highly responsive, friendly, understanding, and patient. Bryan was there when my family and I needed him for the most trying time in our lives. He stood by me during the trial of the drunk driver who cause so much turmoil in our world. He called to check on me during my hospital stay my rehabilitation and when i finally came home. He took care of all the insurance and belive me there were 4 counting the VA. Believe me that's not east dealing with the VA. I would recommend them to everyone. My heart felt thanks to Bryan for getting us thru a very tough year
