I was injured at work almost 2 years ago. I was very reluctant to get an attorney, and I am very grateful that I did. Erin Montgomery, the attorney, was absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable of the workers comp laws and a straight shooter. This is exactly what I needed in my settlement case. Stefani Almada, The Paralegal, was FANTASTIC! I truly cant express how wonderful she is. She will make you feel part of the team every time you talk with her. Stefani is very knowledgeable and personable! If I had a question, Stefani always returned my emails within a half an hour. I would highly recommend this duo to anyone that needs help with a workers comp case. I promise you will be well taken care of.

I am so glad I had Lupe and Janet on my side,they fought for me . I was able to get the treatments and surgery’s I needed. I was always kept informed and Janet always explained the process to me,she made sure I understood.They were a great team,very caring and knowledgeable and would recommend them to family and friends.

I usually don’t like leaving negative comments but, Beware.... you don’t want these people to represent you. They are not very skilled. I had two cases going on at the same time one for a car accident and one for workman’s comp. the car accident I ended up paying them. Workman’s comp, 4 yrs later very small settlement. I didn’t feel they fought for me. On a positive note, they all were nice and respectful.

The Frickey Law firm was very professional. Did a great job!! I would use them if I ever need other services in the future!!!
