I was recently injured at work and like many others treated fouly by my employer. Thankful for a good friend who had been injured on the job sometime before myself I was advised to seek legal counseling. Hesitant at first but given my friends track record of good advice I took it, along with his referral to Frickey Lawfirm. I can honestly say after I made the call I was never at any point disappointed with that decision. I was immediately brought into their office to go over my case and assured that they would be by my side throughput the entire process. I was given an awesome legal team (Mrs. Montgomery & Mrs. Almada) and they went above and beyond to show me that my best interest was most important. Never left in the dark during the entire process, I was well informed of everything that I had needed to know about. My outcome was extremely positive and to be more frank it was more positive than I hoped for. I was injured at work November 3 ,2018 in which I sustained a concussion. Initially, I never received compensation from my employer over the ordeal. Erin Montgomery is the best out there! She fought for me tooth and nail through a very long fight till the end. She made sure I got compensated for the workers compensation injury and a little extra so I had time to finish healing. She never gave up on me and because I am recovering from a concussion, I was not always with it for most of the fight and she didn't at all mind talking to my mom for m ,whom understood better. Erin's paralegal Stefani Almada is amazing too. We got her late in the ballgame, but you wouldnt have known that! It feels like she has been with us since the start. Whenever we couldn't get ahold of Erin, we could always rely on Stefani to put our mind at ease and help us with whatever we needed. Erin and stefani are the perfect duo if you ever need someone for a workers compensation case . The whole firm is amazing and so kind sweet, caring and compassionate. They truly care about their clients.
