I don't know what we would have done without Erin at The Hickey Law Firm. I was traveling from California to help move my 90 yr. old mom out to California to live with family that loved her for her, not her assets. The immediate family here in Denver was hostile and greedy trying to take advantage of my mom. Erin was kind enough to meet with me, my mom, and my brother (brother by speaker phone) to create a new "Will" to protect my moms assets. My brother was very picky but Erin listened to his and our concerns to make sure and customize the WILL especially for my mom. Our previous attorney simply downloaded a form off the Colo. Bar website and even forgot to execute it correctly, (no notary stamp or witnesses). Erin was expeditious and efficient and very affordable. I needed her to work with MY timetable of 5 days and she bent over backwards on a Friday to get everything signed and executed correctly. Most of the attorneys I called DON'T even work on Fridays. Our situation with the hostile family members was getting worse by the day so Erin got involved and spoke with the opposing family members attorney to make sure our "you know what" was covered. My mom could not be more satisfied. I loved the service because I can send emails ten times a day to Erin's office if I need to. Out situation was fluid. Erin was very attentive to my requests for advice and more than anything, she was warm and welcoming and treated our family like her family. I will never stop relying on Erin's expertise. I may be moving my mom to California but I still need a strong and competent attorney here in Denver IN MY CORNER. I would highly recommend Erin. She tells you UP FRONT how much things will cost, and sticks to it. No SURPRISES. Try her out. She also has Jen and others in the office to back her up and make sure your needs are being met behind the scenes. You don't just hire Erin at the Hickey Law Firm, you hire a TEAM that has your back 24-7. Erin's team literally helped our family sleep better ever since we got Erin on our side. Matt handled a rather complex citizenship application for my Canadian husband, and we are so pleased with his work. Very reasonable fees, always quick to respond/answer questions, and we really felt like he prioritized any action items needed for the case (getting responses to requests for information handled promptly, not waiting until the deadline). He was very good about checking in with us regularly regarding the status of the case and also giving us insight on how our case was going compared to other recent cases he handled, which was helpful and reassuring in this political climate where changes to immigration law and policy seem to be in the headlines daily!
