Tori was a good listener and asked the right questions to get the job done efficiently. She was a helpful guide as to where my energy should be directed to be effective. She made ask the right points in a short time to get the best outcome for my case. I don’t think anyone could have done a better job (especially in so little time) and I am so grateful.
