I contacted Abbey hoping to seal some criminal records. I picked her because she runs an organization called Expunge Colorado which helps underprivileged people seal old criminal records so I figured she had experience in the area. This turned out to be true. Out of the six attorneys I contacted she had the best handle on recently changed laws and how they applied to my case. During the initial consultation she was easy to talk with. I did not feel rushed and she gave me the time to explain myself the way I wanted to. She was very nice and the initial consultation experience was much better than the others I had been through. In terms of pricing she was extremely reasonable. Her proposed fee fit what she thought was possible with my case. Some of the other attorneys I spoke with made unreasonably favorable predictions in terms of what was likely to happen - provided I deposited a hefty retainer, or course. Overall it was a great experience!

Ms. Moffitt was so kind and helpful with the process of sealing my record. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process, and she made sure to address all of my concerns in a way that I could easily understand. I would recommend her services to anyone!
