I had a speeding violation of 26 over, a 6 point misdemeanor. Mr Finegan helped with my case and got it reduced to 3 points. Couldn’t be happier with his services. He also is very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Hopefully won’t need to use an attorney again, but if so, I’ll be happy to call him.

Mr. Finegan was able to get charges reduced, so my son did not lose his license. He preemptively suggested that my son take an online course ahead of court. I am a resident of Texas and had a license cancellation in Colorado. I called a few lawyers around the area that weren’t much help to me besides Jim who jumped on the case immediately and was able to get my license reinstated very quickly. A month later I had a few hiccups dealing with the two separate states due to some name confusion so I called Jim and he went out of his way to help me again and was able to help me get it all cleared up. This was a very frustrating process dealing with the DMVs but Jim was able to help me more than anyone else had. Jim was so wonderful to work with. Going through the motions of my first traffic ticket was nerve-racking and he got my ticket reduced and had me take a class to further the reduction.
