We recently moved to Colorado and Seth Grob came highly recommended from our attorney in California. Seth helped us with both guardianship and subsequently adoption of our two nephews. He was extremely professional, organized, and compassionate. The entire process went smoothly due to his professionalism and experience.

Professional, experienced, compassionate We used Seth for our surrogacy journeys, that we did three times with three different surrogates. Each time, a few years apart, Seth was guiding us through small but important changes in the laws or in the circumstances of the surrogacy. We were doing these surrogacies as independents, not through an agency, so an attorney who really knew the field and the possible issues was very important. Furthermore, we are international and he was knowledgeable about how to navigate the various procedures. He was always responsive and held to the timelines promised, and worked well with the surrogate's counsel to get to agreement in a timely manner.

Mr. Grob did an amazing job for my adoption case. He made sure I had the best. He is honest and cares about his clients. He talkes you through the ups and downs. He answers any questions you have and talk to before he agrees to anything regarding your case. He makes sure your happy with outcome. I would highly recommend him. Seth Grob helped our family through our adoption process with an adroitness forthe intricate policies of family law. He was attentive from our introductory visit, and practical throughout the ups and downs of the process. His promptness of communication, and fairness with fees (he charges by the 6 minute increment rather than the industry standard of 15 minutes) kept our costs down and he gave us frequent opportunities to do the leg work ourselves when possible to keep costs low. An interstate adoption can be a complicated process. Mr. Grob helped us through our second such adoption, and thanks to him and his team, helped keep it all straight forward. Information and expectations were clear on all sides thanks to Mr. Grob, which helped keep things from going sideways when the emotional tensions of an adoption might have otherwise caused the process to jump the tracks. We will be forever grateful to Mr. Grob for his good work.

I found Seth online and chose him based on high reviews and years of experience. I live in NC but my surrogate lives in Colorado and I needed someone to help us through our complicated situation because we failed to prepare ourselves legally prior to conception. Seth was able to answer our many questions, give us options on how to best proceed with the legal work for our surrogacy, and even provided assistance when additional matters came up through the hospital and local DSS after the birth of our son. When we became foster parents two years ago, we never could have foreseen what was ahead for us as foster parents to unknown children at that time. We had no idea that we would have any involvement in the legal process of a foster child’s case and definitely did not intend to, beyond observation. However, it became apparent that the system was not looking out for our foster son's best interest and another attorney on the case recommended we call Tim Eirich. We felt very much at east after that initial call, we could tell Tim was a great fit and that he really seemed to care about kids and their best interest and had an ethical approach to how he would handle himself in the courtroom. He represented us for over a year and through two lengthy, contested hearings. Our nerves were well at ease within the courtroom with Tim being the best attorney in the room by far and explaining things to us in “non-legal” talk outside the courtroom. He was professional, kind and full of grace. We could not have hired a better man for the job. We genuinely really like him too which was a great plus! Our foster son had been through a lot in a short period of time and we’re so thankful that he has been given the gift of stability! My husband and I worked with Seth for the adoption of our daughter, which was finalized in September. We are now working with him on our second adoption as well.
