I was given two different cases from a DUI that happen all in the same night but, I was unaware that I had two different cases when I plead guilty for the first one witch was the DUI. Then they asked me if I wanted to plead guilty for the other case witch was for obstructing a police officer. If I did I could have done 30 days in jail, this was my first DUI and I felt like the cases should have all been apart of one case. Lucky for me gold law helped push the DA to do the right thing and ended up helping me get just 24 more hours to my community service.
