Kerry Simpson was the worst attorney I ever hope to have. It felt like she was working for the opposing party (seriously). I won't go into details, but if you are already experiencing any kind of trauma from family courts, Kerry will fan and throw gasoline on the fire. Her common sense escaped her regularly during our temporary orders hearing, it seemed. Nightmare situation for a person in a position of trust! I felt like she made a difficult situation even worse and it was difficult to fire her. It is hard for me to fathom that she even passed the bar exam.

Hiring Seth Grob to represent us for our interstate custody and adoption case is one of the best decisions we made! It was money well spent. Seth has a stellar reputation in family and adoption law. Seth was honest and transparent throughout the process, which I really value. He was always respectful and prepared. No one could ever imagine being in this situation. With our 1st grandson (a premier) being taken away from his parents, due to injuries that were unexplainable, we needed expert legal advice and direction. Tim is also wise and calm with an inherent talent for law. Child welfare cases can be emotional at times. He keeps level headed in all situations and is able to deduce and present all possible courses of action in an understandable manner.
