I received my first traffic ticket and was unsure on what I needed to do. I reached out to Kirsten almost immediately. She confidently let me know how to proceed, what she would do, and what the possible results could be. She communicated clearly and concisely, was very reassuring, and was very detail oriented. They were also very transparent in all their email communications as well as phone calls and cc’ed me in all pertinent emails. Christie was also quick, responsive, and organized.
