The legal issues involved in the property dispute were complex and the opposing party contentious. Nonetheless, Kirsten provided the expertise needed to resolve all issues and negotiate a settlement that was fair to all parties. If you need a lawyer, I highly recommend Kirsten Myers.

Pearson and Paris were recommended to myself and my son a couple of years ago and I have been using their services ever since. Tennant out for 2 months and still getting invoices and bills for attorney fees. Well over what was initially discussed. I had to correct tenant name for documents after originally providing the correct information and then get charged for correction emails to get the evicting tenant name correct. It was also not discussed that my xtenant could call and discuss matters with who I thought was my attorney. I get charged for conversation and billings I have no control over and did not approve. After the first increase in payments I asked to no exceed the balance of the second increase in writing. That didn't seem to stop from another bill exceeding the second deposit.

There are no words to describe how awful this attorney is, as an attorney and a human being. She was suppose to help with my case, but only hindered with her lack of knowledge and experience. Truly a very sad day when I met and subsequently dealt with this person. I pray you don’t have to go through what I had to endure!
