Excellent lawyer, excellent trial lawyer. I was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor DV. Lost my job and was threatened to loose my means of making a living. The hearing was scheduled three business days into the future. I was able to retain Mr. Tooley in which he pushed the hearing to a future date. He allowed me to make my own decision, after informing of the different directions I could go. I decided to take the case to trial, instead of a diversion program, in which you admit guilty to something your not in my case. Mr. Tooley was very knowledgeable and very professional. I can never thank Mr Tooly enough for what he did for my life. Thanks
