Our experience has been nothing less than perfect.

I paid a lot to have help for my son in his time of need. We have 0 to none when it comes to communication. We never heard what we needed to do. What we should do. And what we should not do. We LOST!!!!! $19,000 LATTER AND WE LOST SELENA NEVER KEPT MY SON OR ANYONE ELSE UP TO DATE ON WHATS GOING ON AND WHAT TO EXPECT. Shame on you all!! My granddaughter is with the mom who abused her.

Me: Can you answer some questions about your services? New Leaf: NO. Give us money. Me: Well, I would like some things clarified first. New Leaf: NO. Give us money. Me: Fine. *pays their fee* Now Can I ask some questions about your services? New Leaf: NO. Give us money. Me: I did give you money, can I ask questions about your services now? New Leaf: No. Me: I want a refund. New Leaf: You can ask us questions now. Me: I just want a refund, I think your firm is a scam. And I'm still waiting on the refund. This firm is so compartmentalized it is just discombobulated. The right finger has no idea what the right thumb is doing. They haven't answered a single question of mine, yet I have talked to 5 people. New Leaf is a joke. Edit: I did get my refund, and to prove how little they know what's happening in their firm I got my welcome letter after my refund.

Victoria is such a wonderful example of a truly caring human being! She listens carefully, offers wise advice and has the patience of a saint!
