While dealing with a child custody and contempt of court matter, I was referred to Meredith Callan by a dear friend of mine. Meredith went to work immediately to determine the best way to help. Meredith is hardworking, honest, straight forward, unassuming and incredibly easy to work with, she communicates effectively and thoroughly. I believe she had my best interests at heart throughout our time working together. Hiring Meredith and working closely with both she and her paralegal Krystal, I never doubted that they were in my corner, often holding me up both legally and emotionally, offering support wherever they could through court proceedings and mediation. I would, will and do recommend Meredith to anyone.

I am not a native speaker so my writing is not very good but here is my feedback. I am from outer state and a single father so it is very hard for me to get some sort of legal advice pertaining to child custody since the laws varies from state to state. Likewise, I was under the assumption that generally father have very little rights when it comes to custody issue. However, I discovered that it was not true once I spoke to the attorney at Pearson & Paris, P.C. The attorney who took on my case was Rachel Young and her paralegal associate Krystal Cave. All I can say is that they are great and compassionate toward my situation as though they already knew what I am going through. They follow up with everything they said. Explain all the scenarios that I will encounter, the up and downs. No B.S rather straight forward from them. They are both very experience in their field. Likewise, their fee was very reasonable after I did some online research. If anyone needs a good experience sincere family attorney, consider Pearson & Paris, P.C and asked for Rachel Young and Krystal Cave, you can not go wrong and rest assure. They are the dynamic dual.

After being in the rental business for 8 years with no major tenant issues, my husband and I found ourselves in a very contentious relationship with a tenant who repeatedly violated the lease agreement. We needed to begin the eviction process but wanted expert advice to ensure our interactions with the tenant were acceptable, the forms/documents were completed correctly and filed appropriately with the court. Kirsten Myers and her co-workers at Pearson & Paris, P.C. represented us in an exceptional way! The tenant eviction was completed as timely as possible, the total cost was very fair, and we feel the outcome was far more favorable than if we had handled the process ourselves. My husband and I highly recommend Kirsten Myers and the Pearson & Paris, P.C. firm to anyone needing advice in Real Estate. If we ever find ourselves in another situation where we need legal advice or representation we will certainly call on their expertise!!

That is what they say after they took 4500 dollars, have done nothing of what they promised, lied to me, overcharged for another almost a thousand and even worse.... I've lost my family, my dog, my house. Because of this firm lawyer actions: I've almost lost my job and have been half a step from becoming homeless! ____________________________________________________________________________ I have been promised experienced lawyer with this firm. My lawyer has promised with an experience and can help me - and I have asked one very specific thing!!! Well, what they promised is NOT POSSIBLE AT ALL BY THE LAW Once again: NOT POSSIBLE AT ALL! Well. My lawyer didn't show up at my first court date. My lawyer was late almost every time. My lawyer didn't know DAs and Judge and what to expect at all and how to talk with the Judge, I had to talk with the Judge my self. My lawyer said not to do few things that cold help me, but cost money. As I understand now, I shouldn't have spend any money for anything, so they make sure I can pay them! And everything they said I should or shouldn't do - it's all was wrong! I have learned it hard way. For my second case If I have done what just one simple thing, I could just walk away... But they said: Don't do it!!! My lawyer had no interest what is actually happened with me and how I ended up in that situation. My lawyer said to me that I don't even need my rights, It's stupid and so on... I have never seen any lawyer before saying to client - You don't need your rights! My second case was stupid. My lawyer didn't show up at my first court date. But at the second - said we had the deal, but I must not to speak with DA!!! When I got rid the lawyer and spoke with DA myself, I learned why. There was no deal at all. It took me 15 minutes to google similar cases. Well, someone else in the court room had similar case - 18 years old man with no lawyer! He had better deal than my "deal". When I came back with no lawyer, I knew, there is no way county can win the case. But my lawyer didn't know it!!! Didn't even try! I spoke with the Judge for 2 minutes and walked away. If I had my lawyer I could go in the jail for a month minimum!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you think my lawyer just walked away" NO! My lawyer charged me for exact amount what left from my retainer. And now they send me bills for hundreds of dollars every month! So from my own experience: it would be waaaaay better for me to not to have a lawyer at all then lawyer from this firm! Well, maybe the firm owners got a lot of experience, but why do you think they will even see you ) For Pearson & Paris, P.C.: You really have done nothing for me, you only took my money. I can even say what you have don is fraud, because you promised what's not possible by the LAW, your lawyer should have known it. I knew it after I googled it, but lawyer said we had the deal and I believed... It's been months, but you keep sending me bills every month for nothing. I considering to post reviews on every website where your firm is mentioned And also send a compliant to the lawyer ethic commission or whatever you call it.

This Law Firm, Especially Sean Paris took my case, it was a hard case, especially for me. My son passed away and during this whole ordeal I felt cared for and Protected. I feel that God put Sean in my life for this time. He has Deep Compassion and he is a phenominal person/ Lawyer. I feel and felt like he was my friend. The whole office was very accommodating and friendly. I absolutely recommend this firm and can honestly say that you will appreciate them as I have and still do

Great Law Firm. We first used them when we created our corporation and then again in litigation issues. Very strong and trustworthy!

I would NEVER recommend this firm. I had an attorney laugh at the judge and have to leave the court room to compose herself. I was humilated having this representation.

Not impressed. Very critical and assumed their point of view was the ONLY one that mattered. Non caring unprofessionals try to act professional.

The staff here is amazing. They are so kind and actually took the time to listen to my concerns and issues. Rachel helped me with my family law issue and her knowledge of my case and the law was very reassuring. If I need any other legal assistance, I will never go to another attorneys office again. This place is wonderful!

I know Sean Paris personally and would recommend him for legal representation. I am impressed with Sean's ability to engage people during conversation, present pertinent information to solidify his argument, and sincerely summarize his conclusion. Sean and I have had numerous discussions and I would say he is also an excellent debater.
