I was introduced to Judith by my surrogacy agency. Through the miracle of IVF and an egg donor, I am having a child by a surrogate. Judith worked through all of the surrogacy legal details with the surrogate and her attorney. Very easy process for me; minimal amount of effort. She gave me the overview of her services; solicited my input and feelings regarding how the surrogacy agreement would affect me; and then, completed the legal process in a timely manner all at a reasonable price. I strongly recommend Judith for anyone needing an attorney for an unconventional approach to adding a family member to their lives.

We were referred to Judith through the Fertility Center of New Mexico to represent us through the process of using a gestational carrier for surrogacy in 2021. I had an initial call with with her and everything sounded great. We talked a few more times on the phone and had an email correspondence discussing the details. When it was time to move forward Judith stopped taking my calls and would not respond to voicemails or emails. She completely ghosted us in the middle of the process and left us scrambling to find a new attorney. Everything went smoothly until this point and I don't understand why she did this. If she didn't want to work with us she could have told us instead of abandoning us at such a critical time. I would not recommend working with an attorney that shows such questionable moral judgment.

Benjamin Currier (attorney) and Hank Leigh (paralegal) from Miller & Steiert advised me when I sought to terminate early a lease agreement due to problems that I noticed in the property I was renting at that time and also due to communication problems I had with the landlord of that property. They told me what I should be careful with, whether terminating the lease early under the conditions at that time was a good idea or not, and eventually Benjamin reviewed the lease termination agreement that was drafted. They did truly a fantastic job and Benjamin’s advice was extremely helpful. In the end I was able to get out of the lease agreement without any problem and move on. I’m really glad I went with Benjamin Currier and Hank Leigh for this tenant-landlord matter. Benjamin Currier and Hank Leigh are really trustworthy and I would definitely recommend them to anybody who has tenant-landlord problems.
