Buck chose to work on my case which was outside of some of the legal areas he most often works, yet he provided excellent counsel. He helped me out with a complicated legal matter and what was my first, very stressful time seeking legal representation in a way that was comprehensible and gave me peace of mind!

Imagine a scary, stressful, situation that keeps you up at night- then x that by 10!! That is what the litigation process felt like to me. Then there was Buck. I can’t say enough great things about Buck! I was badly injured by a dentist. He is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic. He did an amazing job with my issue and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I totally trust him to give accurate advice. He treats you with respect and tells you upfront about your case. Best lawyer I have ever dealt with. He really eased a very stressful situation, it’s a comfort to know he is there if I ever need more advice.

Buck was so helpful to me when I was offered practically nothing from the opposing party's insurance company. I was involved in a rollover car accident that was not my fault and the insurance company was very belittling to me so I spoke with Buck and he handled all of it. He took all the stress off of me so I didn't have to deal with the insurance company at all! Buck has successfully handled various cases for me over the years. His strengths are his sound and even-keeled judgment, a broad knowledge base of the law, knowing when to litigate and when to settle, taking the stress off of clients, patience, and availability for questions. I would much rather be able to call my lawyer and receive personal service without feeling like the "meter is running" every second than engaging a large, impersonal firm where you're lucky to get anyone other than a paralegal on the line.

I contacted Mr. Dominick (Buck) in regards to an auto accident I had no fault in, the at fault insurance company was very friendly at first, however once I questioned their offer they suddenly became unpleasant and refused to continue negotiating with me and lowered their offer by over 10k. I immediately contacted Buck and quickly regretted not consulting with him sooner. Although Buck was unable to take on my case, he provided me with knowledgable information and went out of his way to review documents for me and guide me on how to communicate with the at fault insurance company's claim agent.
