I asked the Bailey and Peterson firm (Jim Bailey and Payton Martin) to handle a very difficult business case that another firm simply was unable to make any positive progress. What a fantastic job Jim and Payton did! They were innovative, practical, exceptionally thoughtful, and efficient in their approach and boy-oh-boy did they achieve great results! I really appreciate the professional and compassionate advice from Anderson Law - they truly care about their clients and are great problem solvers. They have so much integrity and will walk you through the steps of your individual situation.

Don’t waste your time or money. I had this firm represent me and after asking the attorney to do an emergency order, three weeks later she finally submitted it and because she had spent so much time conferring with the opposing party’s counsel, by the time she submitted it, it was a waste of time. I was literally told that we at least “lit a fire” for the opposing party to complete far past due court orders. If you want a divorce lawyer that is going to give the opposing party a good pep talk instead of actually working for you, you found your firm. After 3 months and $12000 to this place, the cord was obviously pulled. While the law firm won’t confirm, I will have no issue showing any potential clients the documentation and failed correspondence to ensure that they don’t waste their time with this firm.
