Kris is not only an incredibly personable, compassionate person, she is a well experienced, knowledgeable and fair attorney. From the moment we made our first call to Kris, she was prompt in her response and Kris’ caring nature heard our incident that occurred in our family that brought us to a temporary restriction in parenting time. Kris has a very no-nonsense approach to advocating for parenting rights and what is in the best interest of the children involved. In much less time than we expected, more than a few court dates and stipulations, we were relieved on the other side in having the children back 50/50. Additionally, we are a blended family, so having an advocate that is aware of our family dynamic and situation she has been amazing at representing our family at all milestones in the court process. When dealing with our children being fed gluten on a celiac disease restricted diet, Kris advised and represented us in contempt orders for the other parent involved and re evaluating child support as needed. She is an all around amazing attorney that has really brought our family true legal representation that is second to none.
