If your looking for excellent legal counseling while going through one of life's most stressful events...divorce,....then you have come to the best firm. My experience with Carolyn Witkus and Jon Eric Stuebner was fantastic. They are both incredibly knowledgeable while also providing support and guidance. I am forever grateful for having them represent me.

5 Stars Is Not Enough! Suzanne, Chris, Duncan, Lisa, & Eliza are absolutely the most dedicated, smartest, wisest, caring, strategic, and practical individuals I've ever met. They took my awful situation head on, and worked tirelessly around the clock to fix it. They were available to me day/night, weekdays, weekends, holidays, even their vacations!! I consider them all friends and my trusted confidants. Beyond their well documented legal expertise and cunning strategic minds; the Griffiths legitimately care about you and your family. They act in your best interest at all times. Divorce is an unstable time, the people you once trusted are now fighting against you. It's then, more then ever, you need to have the right people behind you. I've worked with them both in domestic and civil litigation. I was in a desperate situation fighting a complicated civil litigation against me in Colorado federal court. Because my original attorney was ineffective to say the least, I spent quite a bit of time trying to represent myself. This was not a good idea, especially since I do not live in Colorado and my opponent was a corporation with a history of using litigation as a weapon, unlimited financing and an army of attorneys. Duncan, Chris, Kim, Spencer and the entire team at Griffiths Law agreed to jump on board even though my case had been going on for over a year and I was in a hole. Through much hard work from the entire team, a vigorous representation of my interests and a very effective design and implementation of legal strategy, Griffiths Law was able to get my case resolved. I cannot say enough good words about Griffiths Law. They proactively communicated every step of the way and they showed a genuine interest in myself and my case. I wish I would have hired them from the start.

Worst experience I've ever had with an attorney and her law firm. Should have pursued mediation (against legal advice). Costs were incredibly excessive and my attorney was never available

I had a very good experience with their representation. My attorney (Emily Warren) and paralegal (Val Disney) were extremely capable and efficient. The fee schedule was clear. Communications were very prompt. During the legal process, I felt fully engaged in the decision-making. And they worked in an efficient way, so as to make the best use of their time (and my money). Overall, I felt my legal interests were very well represented by Gutterman Griffiths, PC. I would recommend them to anyone seeking family lawyers without hesitation.

My experience was mixed. I felt that I was represented well early on, but near the end I feel that I got screwed. Basically, the settlement language dictated that my ex and I split the contents of the bank account on the last day of the month (when my paycheck goes in; so she got half), but then the next day I had to pay the monthly maintenance (pretty much the other half of my paycheck). So I was left with nothing. While I should have caught this in the agreement, so should my lawyer.

My experience with Ann Gushurst was nothing less than stellar. She handled a unique, challenging, indescribably difficult exit from the nastiest situation I could imagine, quite possibly saving my relationship with my daughter, with skilled professionalism, integrity, and surgical precision -- and communicated regularly with me. She captained dangerous waters with exemplary skill. I have recommended her services several times and will again whenever possible.
