Kellian Coggswell and James Nash were great to work with during my divorce. They are quick to respond to questions/concerns and very proactive to keep things moving smoothly. I would definitely recommend them.

After being referred by a friend I was super disappointed in the interaction I had with the receptionist Veronique. Very unprofessional with short responses and super rude attitude. So bummed as I’m sure the lawyers are great but not worth having to speak with that woman throughout the process.

Robert Perrone and his Paralegal Brittany Ward have been amazing to work with in my child custody case. Robert has been patiently working with me to help alter the trajectory of what has been a very difficult and complex child custody situation. There were some very unique circumstances with my inevitable divorce. I was quick to sign with my first attorney from a different firm, but my other attorney didn't seem familiar with how to handle my unique situation, and did not give me much confidence, so I backed down by the first court appearance. After doing more thoughtful research, I came across Griffith Law Firm, and it was proposed that Jamie help me with my divorce given her experience and background. Upon first meeting with Jamie she immediately gave me confidence and assured me that she would be able to help. I filed for divorce through Jamie at Griffith Law firm for a second time. Both Jamie and Tracy were extremely helpful throughout the process that ended up going all the way to trial. Thanks to their help I was able to keep my children's lives relatively the same, which has been my goal through the entire process. They would always take the time to answer my questions and put my mind at ease, despite the anxiety and stress that comes with the divorce process. It was clear she spent much time preparing for trial, and also preparing me for what to expect. I could not recommend Jamie and Tracy enough, and I really appreciate their help.

Anthony Zarsky and Cailin DeGeorge went above and beyond while representing me in a complex custody case. Immediately after retaining Anthony, I felt understood, validated, and empowered. Anthony was able to see my intention and my heart, as well as fully understand my goals with a simple one-hour consultation. Family court can be a very emotionally draining process, often times a lot is on stake. I’ve been fortunate to have Jaime’s representation on several occasions now and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Most recently, we went to trial January 3rd, 2024 where her brilliance as a trial lawyer was on full display. After the opposing side turned down our final settlement offer and with everything on the line, Jaime masterfully argued my case and the motion filed against me was dismissed. Jaime Paine is who i trust when it comes to my family.

I can’t recommend Anthony Zarsky from Griffith Family Law enough. His knowledge, understanding and ability to navigate divorce law is top notch. He’s articulate and sharp. He’s compassionate and detailed. You want Anthony representing you in the courtroom.

When I found myself in the middle of a pretty significant and complex residential non-disclosure situation a coworker referred me to Duncan Griffiths. He was honest and gave me helpful advice before agreeing to take me on as a client. He is extremely kind, down-to earth, and highly knowledgeable. He reminds of the kooky character that Hugh Laurie plays in House. He was candid about all the important points but also gave me the impression that when he set his mind to something he would see it through. I cannot recommend him enough. While Duncan guided the efforts, his associate attorney Cheyenne Somers was the dominant force in moving the case forward the entire way. Throughout the entire process she was extremely progressional, sharp, diligent, and willing to become a complete expert on just about anything. I cannot recommend her enough. Her seriousness, straight-forward nature, and commitment to consistent communication really helped me through the entire situation. Without Cheyenne and Duncan I cannot imagine the situation I would be in today. These guys hit all of the marks!
