We cannot recommend Ms. Jamie Paine more highly. Jamie is an extraordinarily talented attorney with experience as a trial and family law lawyer. The overwhelmingly favorable final order entered by the judge defied many expectations about grandparents receiving co-parenting rights. We believe Jamie's expertise, legal arguments, and management of hearings and filings were extremely persuasive and resulted in such a positive outcome. As grandparents, our situation was complex. We had lost our daughter to illness and were fighting to maintain contact with the granddaughter we had been primarily responsible for until our daughter passed. Why would you write a article about emotional distress, with a link to your website, stating that you handle all types of litigation? Then when contacted through said article, potential client is turned away citing "we don't handle that type of litigation"?

Danielle's impressive knowledge of case law and respectful -- but always astute -- demeanor in legal proceedings has been a critical part of helping me navigate the most difficult of circumstances related to divorce, custody, relocation, etc.

Professional and courteous. But far to concerened with being friends and polite with their counterparts. Unfortunately ended with far less than what I started with. Poor suggestions to a lack of accountability, ultimately led to very poor results. After multiple attempts and requests to take stronger stances and stop taking the brunt, Jamie and Leslie quit. Which I can understand, as when we were conferencing for the 1st time, they laughed and grinned at my exs law firm, heavily insinuating thay they had experience with them and success would be highly likely. We got handled, manipulated, and nothing we set out to do or accomplish came to any fruiton. Ultimately now my children are paying a heavy price. The price I paid was not worth it and conflicting information from lawyers I retained after them. Conflicting to the point of being flat wrong. If you are in a high conflict divorce, dealing with an individual with mental health issues, or are a man I would suggest someone else.

I can’t say enough about this firm! If you have an out of state Order and need help with a modification - read this!! Jennifer Schaffner is the best attorney I’ve ever worked with. She is incredibly responsive (nights, weekends, middle of the day, holidays), able to quickly file and respond to filing and negotiations. Our case was highly emotional and highly academic. We had a GA Order, sued in CO and then moved in the middle of the case to FL, which resulted in a mess of jurisdiction and substantive law issues. Jennifer spent hours researching and countless phone calls and emails trying to strategize to get the best and “right” results for our family. Also, because the opposing party was difficult to deal with she often times resolved issues with opposing counsel. After a year long battle, we achieved the outcome we had hoped for and the judge agreed with all of our arguments because of the legal backing. The firms bills extremely ethical and you always know where you stand (no large surprise billings).
