I can’t say enough about this firm! If you have an out of state Order and need help with a modification - read this!! Jennifer Schaffner is the best attorney I’ve ever worked with. She is incredibly responsive (nights, weekends, middle of the day, holidays), able to quickly file and respond to filing and negotiations. Our case was highly emotional and highly academic. We had a GA Order, sued in CO and then moved in the middle of the case to FL, which resulted in a mess of jurisdiction and substantive law issues. Jennifer spent hours researching and countless phone calls and emails trying to strategize to get the best and “right” results for our family. Also, because the opposing party was difficult to deal with she often times resolved issues with opposing counsel. After a year long battle, we achieved the outcome we had hoped for and the judge agreed with all of our arguments because of the legal backing. The firms bills extremely ethical and you always know where you stand (no large surprise billings). I would highly recommend this firm and more specifically Jennifer Schaffner for anyone going through a tough divorce. Jennifer and Melissa make you feel like you are their only client and top priority.

Eliza is hands down the best around. She is caring, responsive, professional and knows what she is doing. I would defiantly recommend using Eliza and Griffiths Law to everyone I know.

This review is specifically for Kim Newton. She is the best attorney I've ever encountered....and I'm not just saying that. She tactfully helped me deconstruct and navigate a relationship situation that I got myself into. After the first conversation, I knew my rights, my blood pressure went down, she calmed me down and helped me work through the process to take my life back over....but she did it in a way that wasn't condescending or "lawyer speak". She understands humans, and treats you like a human as well, and is so freaking good at what she does. Ideally, I don't need to bring on legal council again in my near future for anything, but if I needed to, I wouldn't think twice about where to go. She also gives pretty sound advice on how to stay out of trouble in the future. Even if I don't need an attorney, I feel like I've gained a friend. Thank you so much, Kim!

I would highly recommend this law firm. My attorney was Jamie Paine and she is absolutely fantastic. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge of divorce law is exceptional.
