Darby presented to my EMT class about the importance of good documentation and the perils to their patient (and them) of poor documentation. He was clear and explained things in such a manner that all were interested and engaged! He provided examples (sanitized of course) and really brought home how important they can be in the process. Unfortunately it took us several bad experiences with Attorney's before we retained Mr. Van Dusen. Since then, we have felt absolute security. Mr. Van Dusen has been attentive and proactive in his dealing with our case. While other attorney's strung us along to get as many fees out of us as they could, Mr. Van Dusen addressed the problem and immediately enacted a plan to help. If you have owed back taxes then you know the anxiety that accompanies such a situation. That anxiety and uncertainty has been alleviated.
