Darby presented to my EMT class about the importance of good documentation and the perils to their patient (and them) of poor documentation. He was clear and explained things in such a manner that all were interested and engaged! He provided examples (sanitized of course) and really brought home how important they can be in the process. I am so impressed with his demeanor and expertise.

Highly recommend Mr Hoggatt law firm is professional and understanding of the law and fight for one's right's. He has been supportive and tenacious in all aspects of my case. Has a wonderful staff as well. Great people. An unexpected injury you may need someone fight for you. Won't meet a greater gentleman.
