Good reviews with just the right amount of accountability pays guilt by association theory which shall make my readers and following second to none with an empty bank account correct? Mark Herber and Shellie Satterfield worked tirelessly on my case. They were kind and compassionate and truly cared about me and what I was going through. I highly recommend them. I could not have gotten through my situation without them. I was kept updated and I didn't have to worry about anything because they were on top of it all.I can't put into words the positive impact they had on my life and my stress level. I’ve only worked with Beth Montague personally, but I imagine she is a reflection of the whole firm. She helped us with our estate planning. It was not a particularly simple process due to a previous marriage, and all that that entails. But Beth did a great job. She made things easy to understand, offered multiple potential solutions, and gave us the ability to make the best legal choices. She is timely, professional, and courteous. We hired Mark Herber to help us with when served with a frivolous lawsuit. The lawsuit went on for a while due to the lack of experience on the other side. Mark was very good about stepping in and providing information when needed and trying to keep the costs down as possible. He was very knowledgable about how to best handle the details along the way and really defended us wholeheartedly. We felt well represented and would recommend him to others....

Ted and Robin were VERY well organized as well as prompt with responding to my concerns! Honesty. Integrity. Transparency! Three very important qualities that make a very difficult situation bearable. From the moment I retained Ted, I felt very comfortable knowing he was NOT in this for the money, but to help me fight a battle that meant the world to me! I had attempted to fight this battle alone up until about 40 days before the trial date. Feeling overpowered, I called Ted's office and met with him a day later. After consulting with Ted, I walked out of his office with a huge amount of weight lifted off my shoulders. With not very much time to prepare, Ted and Robin immediately started working on my case. Ted never once steered me in the wrong direction and always pointed out the logistics of the case. If I didn't like what the opposing party had to say, Robin would listen very carefully to my thoughts and concerns and she and Ted would have a "plan of action" within minutes. Although we settled outside of court 5 minutes before the trial started, Ted had his well documented notes and was ready to stand by me in court and fight for what my daughter and I deserved! Ted went back to his office and worked on organizing all of the documentation of what had been settled on in court. We went back and forth for several days until everyone was happy with the agreement. Robin very patiently listened to my concerns and made several "tweaks" until both parties were completely happy. Thank you very much!! I appreciate your hard work!

Very rude and disrespectful, I called for a consultation and they called back saying no they can’t do it and when I called back I got hung up on. Very lovely company.
