Sean was incredibly easy and accommodating to work with and had a clear, deep understanding of our real estate/loan contract needs. I would highly recommend working with Sean, he is an excellent attorney.

I have worked with Sean for the past year and a half through a very contentious divorce and now post divorce issues involving domestic violence and restricted parenting time. What has been the absolute worst time in my life has been made bearable because of his compassion, patience, knowledge, and diligence. Sean is extremely detail oriented, incredibly intelligent, very intuitive, knows my case and my situation in and out and is always there when I have a question or need something - even at inopportune times. Sean has gone above and beyond to explain the law to me, give me different scenarios of what might happen and how we should proceed, and has helped me make some of the most difficult decisions I have ever had to make. Sean's previous experience as a District Attorney and ability to brainstorm with some of the most sought after attorneys in Colorado who are a part of his law firm are definitely two huge benefits of working with him. I truly can't imagine going through this process with anyone else and highly recommend Sean to anyone needing legal help.

I hired Sean Stewart as my attorney during an adversarial divorce, which involved a custody battle for an infant child, and considerable disagreements regarding the financial split. Sean offered succinct advice, and proved to be a smart, calm and considered negotiator, and that ultimately resulted in a favorable outcome for me.

After initially planning to represent myself against unfounded accusations against myself and my current husband by my ex-husband in a post-decree motion to restrict/modify parenting time I became overwhelmed with the entire process. After much research, and the recommendation from a close family friend to use Stevens, Littman, Biddison, Tharp and Weingberg, LLC, we hired Sean Stewart, who was amazing from day one. From our initial phone consultation in February, through our recent mediation, Sean was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful during every interaction. I was consistently surprised by his dedication to our case, which was shown by his willingness to be available to not only myself, but to communicate with opposing counsel, even outside of normal business hours. Despite the fact that I was never actually able to meet with him in person as I live 8 hours away from Boulder, he put me at ease during one of the most stressful experiences I've ever been through. His attention and professionalism in drafting responses to my ex-husband's allegations, support during our child and family investigation, and in ultimately reaching an amicable agreement during mediation was phenomenal. Although Sean may be fairly new at practicing private, family law, it didn't show one bit, and I was able to be confident in not only his knowledge, but his ability to find the correct information when needed. Throughout the whole ordeal Sean stayed calm and professional, despite the difficulties posed while interacting and negotiating with opposing counsel and my ex-husband. Sean made it possible to reach an agreement that will allow my child to continue residing with me, while having ample visitation with his father, and which provides for financial support much more in line with with our current circumstances than what we had agreed to in the past. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, which is truly in my child's best interest, and to which I am certain I would never have been able to reach on my own. I can honestly and sincerely say that hiring Sean Stewart was the best decision that my family and I could have possibly made.
