If I could give Todd TEN stars, I would. Whether you are ready to file for bankruptcy or you are considering the possibility that bankruptcy may be your best option, I highly recommend scheduling a consultation with Todd as soon as possible. He immediately put us at ease and we knew within minutes we were making the right decision both to proceed with bankruptcy and to have Todd handle the case for us. Todd is extremely knowledgeable in bankruptcy as bankruptcy cases are the only thing he handles. He is compassionate and supportive with a sense of humor. Recently, my husband and I filed for bankruptcy. Having never done this before, we were anxious as to the process, the cost, the lawyer, and all other questions one has before embarking on this journey. I strongly believe that I was guided to Todd N. Stoneman by God. If you are at his website and reading testimonials from a few of his clients, believe them. As much as we did not want to make this journey, Todd made it seamless, explained every question we had (many of those), never skipped a step as to what was needed to complete this journey, and was up front about his expectations of us during this time together. The proof of his effectiveness was at the end when the three of us met - via zoom - with the adjudicator and answered fewer questions than those people on the docket who went before us. Which meant to me, that Todd N. Stoneman is trusted by the adjudicator and that the paperwork of ours before him was credible. Todd is exceptional. Once you hire him, I trust you will become a Stoneman believer, too. Two extremely satisfied clients!

When I was going through the uncomfortable process of searching for a bankruptcy lawyer I ended up landing on this site. I came across Todd and read through all of his reviews. After that, I put it off for many more months until I finally scheduled an appointment. Todd was incredible, answered every question, and calmed all of my fears. He was there through every step of the Chapter 7 bankruptcy and he's still been helpful even after going through the process. The one piece of advice I have for you if you're reading this and considering it is to not put it off. Schedule a time to speak with Todd and get going with the process. 99% of what you're afraid of isn't going to happen and your new life is waiting for you on the other end of a simple decision.

Todd is a very compassionate attorney. I went to him in an unfortunate financial bind, resulting in a bankruptcy. That is an extremely dehumanizing experience in one’s life. Right? To top it off, I have a disability making understanding information and direction very difficult for me. I was upfront with Todd about my anxiety around bankruptcy in the first place, but I was completely transparent about my cognitive difficulties as well. Todd compassionately supportive in all corners even going as far to offer to come to my home to sign a few papers when I was so physically challenged. His empathy was so genuine. Todd treats you. Usually you hire an attorney by word of mouth. I googled instead, made the call and immediately secured my decision to hire him. Todd is a real person. Not intimidating. He’s extremely easy to work with. He sets you up for a successful process. I wouldn’t go looking feverishly for a bankruptcy attorney. Just trust me. I looked all over the front range for a Lawyer that would take my 86 yr old father's complicated case concerning an estate and a property lien. No one would talk with me. Mr. Stoneman without hesitation discussed the case with me and provided honest and clear direction on how he would help my father's situation. Mr. Stoneman is a very unique man with great character and compassion for his clients. Not a quality that is often found in his line of work. By the way, he is an awesome lawyer as well. I'll start out by saying, I tend to shy away from filling out reviews but for this guy, I will. Mr. Stoneman is a down to earth gentleman. His personality is unmatched compared to the other lawyers pertaining to his scope of practice. If you're considering taking this route whether it be 7 or 13. Let Mr. Stoneman represent you and listen to him. If I didn't understand something, he was able to explain that subject with ease. Every time I had a question, It was answered same day. No stone was left unturned. I didn't have to think twice and neither should you.
