We didn't know much about estate planning. We just knew we needed to do it to make sure that our kids were taken care of and to cut down on any confusion should anything to happen to us. Jeff explained our options so clearly and patiently and gave us plenty of time to ask questions. He gave his expert advice for our situation based on what he's seen firsthand, but never pressured us on the decisions we had to make. Making plans for what happens with your finances and family after you die is, as you might imagine, kind of strange and emotionally draining. But Jeff had a way of keeping things light hearted while also making sure we completely and seriously understood every step of our plans. We highly, highly recommend him!
