Ben did a great job explaining each step and introducing hard topics in a light manner. He answered questions thoroughly, no matter how many we had. It was a low pressure environment during and after the initial consult. We finished our estate plan in just over a month after our consult and now our family have those documents in their hands to be able to make hard decisions and follow our wishes.

Ben was knowledgeable and without any pressure provided me the options that were available so I could choose the best plan for me and my family. When our son passed suddenly we knew we needed help going through the probate process. Working with and through Ben made the process easy and understandable. The first thing he did was made sure we knew what the costs of his services would be and could be and the amount of time the process could take and steps involved before accepting us as a client. Once our questions were answered in language we could understand we became his client. From there everything went very quickly in terms of documents required for becoming a Personal Representative, getting a TIN, entering probate and so on. We were notified of every step being taken. We could at any time contact Ben, we preferred email, and received a very timely response. In short, we felt blessed to have someone like Ben who could show empathy for our situation and still keep us making necessary and informed decisions. We would recommend Ben to anyone.

We had put off doing what we needed to do regarding Estate Planning and finally just did it.
