Tremendous experience overall! We had what we thought was a sufficient will built but turns out we were wrong. Jeff helped explain the ins and outs of estate planning and easily dumbed it all down for me. Never did we feel pressured, only presented the options and allowed to decide how we would like our plan built. Not an easy subject to think through but Jeff is incredibly personable and kind which makes it that much easier. Zombie apocalypse...just sayin’.

I needed to update my trust and Jeff was terrific. He met with me for a free consultation and he went over the changes/ corrections I needed during that time. I decided to have him do the work and he charged a flat fee for what I needed. He is very knowledgeable, personable, professional and caring. I would recommend him to anyone looking for help on estate planning, wills, etc.

Jeff Althaus is undoubtedly the most qualified estate planner in Colorado. His experience with the state in the estate department (see his resume) shows how well prepared he is to handle anyone's estate plans. We were extremely pleased with his service. He is pleasant, and explained all clearly. He has a book, "You Only Die Once" which should be read before entering into a plan. It explains perfectly what needs to be done. We highly recommend Jeff Althaus to you.

Jeff did a great job of preparing our Trust. He spent a great deal of time with my wife and I to understand our specific family situation and explaining in detail all of the terms and definitions of the various aspects of a Trust. I also thought it was a great touch to have a separate meeting with all of those listed in the Trust to review with them their respective responsibilities and answer any and all questions they had. I would definitely recommend Jeff to friends and family.
