Experiencing the death of my parents has been the hardest life experience I've ever had, however, adding all the legalities of probate makes the ordeal much more stressful and emotional. Through it all, Jeff was knowledgeable and professional. He took time to explain the process and documents in laymen's terms and was very patient through every step of the way. His communication skills are excellent, he returns emails and phone calls in a timely manner, and he used his knowledge of the law to make sure that I was well informed and a participant in the decision making process. Jeff took the time to get to know me and my brother and to understand our needs, then made every effort to deliver within what the law allows.
