My husband and I met with Jeff for our Estate Plan. He was so helpful, informative, and funny. We appreciated how much time he took to explain everything in detail to us, especially when we had questions. Jeff created an enjoyable experience about an uncomfortable subject (death). I believe everyone should have an Estate Plan - and if you go with Jeff, you will be happy and more than satisfied!

As human beings trust is very important. Trust is probably the most important element in our relationships with professionals such as lawyers or physicians. We must believe and feel these professionals have our best interest at heart. Mr. Althaus has my trust. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. I've never met an attorney who is always open to help where he can. He is not your stereotypical attorney who is out to bill you for every minute of his time. I was first introduced to Mr. Althaus by my financial planner to do my estate planning. Due to procrastination, it took me three years to finally utilize Mr. Althaus's estate planning services. In that time, I've elicited advice from Mr. Althaus on topics unrelated to estate planning. Never once has he ever turned me away or ignored me like other attorneys have. He has always provided me his advice or opinion. If he didn't a have a good answer then he'd help point me in the right direction to find that answer. This speaks volumes to his professionalism and trustworthiness. I trust him that's why I value and respect his advice. I have zero hesitation in referring friends and family to Mr. Althaus for estate planning. I know beyond a doubt they are getting the best of the best.
