If you want to get screwed around for two years receive no updates or call backs and get yelled at by one of the "lawyers" for calling and asking for an update. If you want to to be told someone will call you and never receive a call back. This is the place for you. Wasted two years of my time for nothing. Terrible customer service everyone acts like they're too busy and don't have time to explain what's going on. Signed the contract and got the run around for two years and literally achieved absolutely nothing. Already spoke with a different company and they'll be handling my case. I won't recommend this company. Thanks for nothing Clarence and Ramos "law"

My wife was in an accident in April 2023 Ramos office team was very helpful. They returned calls and were very helpful. Our settlement was handled fast and took less then 8 months. We have used other law offices in past this office by far has the most helpful and understanding people.

These guys are a joke. I would never ever ever ever ever ever ever use them again. They ruined my life. They put no effort into my case which they lost and then they were joking around with the other lawyers in front of my face after they lost and wouldn't even talk to me. They were completely dismissive. Just rude. I received some money for my insurance company but never saw a dime and they didn't use that money to pay off any of my medical debt like they said they were. They said they would negotiate with a doctors and they didn't I can prove this because that medical debt is hitting my credit. It's sad they pray off of people in terrible situations. Run away!!!

On April 12th 2023, I was involved with a small fender bender which soon after turned very scary, very fast. I was left bleeding in a parking lot after being ran over with the same car that caused the initial accident. I contacted Ramos Law, and was given the best legal team I could have asked for. Marco and Cheryl did everything in their power to try to give me the best outcome with treatment, and the best outcome with my case. Communication was rocky for a while but was turned around very quickly after a conversation about it. Marco not only fought to the nail for me to get my settlement, but checked in on me and my injuries, sat in court with me when he absolutely had better things to do, and reminded me every-time we talked, that I had such a great support system there. Today we finally signed the dots and completed the case and I couldn’t have done it without them. All around, they were the perfect team and I got so lucky to have those two involved in my case.

My wife and I have been working with the Medical Sciences division at Ramos law trying to understand her vaccine injury. Dr. Cooper is very knowledgeable in the field of Genetics and helped my wife get her Genome sequenced and took great time to explain the data to us and helped us understand her genetic risks . After a very serious slip & fall accident, that required lengthy medical attention, with some permanent damage, I had a meeting with a highly qualified and recommended injury attorney.
